Vvaago is committed to protecting minors and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation. This policy outlines standards and practices used to address child safety risks.

1. Prohibited Content

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Sexual content involving minors
  • Grooming or sexual solicitation of minors
  • Exploitation or endangerment of children

Violations may result in content removal, account restriction, or account termination.

2. Prevention Measures

  • Minimum age requirement of 13, or higher where required by law
  • Private, non-public content sharing
  • Connections limited to approved contacts
  • Use of technical and manual review signals

Safeguards are applied on a reasonable and proportionate basis.

3. Detection and Response

  • Restricting or removing content
  • Suspending or terminating accounts
  • Reporting to appropriate authorities when legally required, including NCMEC in the United States

4. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Reports are reviewed as soon as reasonably practicable.

5. Age Requirements

Users must meet the minimum legal age to use the service. Accounts suspected of belonging to underage users may be restricted or removed.

6. Parental Guidance

Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise online activity and discuss safe usage with children.

7. Legal Compliance

Vvaago aims to comply with applicable child safety and privacy laws, including COPPA, GDPR, and relevant local regulations.
